Trading Terms
Where goods are in stock when ordered, despatch is normally same day. However, payment by cheque may need bank clearance, in which case goods will be despatched after 5 working days.
Should it be necessary to send your order in more than one despatch due to availability, you will only be charged one postage (excluding Overseas Orders).
On 48 and 24 hour delivery a signature will be required, so please notify us if you would like delivery to either a neighbour or work address.
Please always quote your home address for authorisation of credit cards.

We will deliver in stock items within 24 hours to most areas of mainland UK. We use a combination of Royal Mail Special Delivery service and Couriers depending on the weight of the parcel being shipped and the destination.

Overseas Deliveries
We are happy to export orders to most countries of the world.
If you are ordering outside of the EU, we do not charge VAT, the value will be deducted on the Shopping Cart order form (please select appropriate country).
VAT for orders outside of the EU will normally be charged by the postal authorities/customs upon entry of the goods into your country.
Small parcels will be shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail service, heavier items by courier. Please contact us for a shipping quote for all export orders over 2Kg outside of Europe.

Payment Terms
We accept payment by Credit or Debit cards including Maestro, Electron, Connect, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept payment by American Express.
We also accept payment by Paypal (payments should be sent to ), cheque, payable to Performance Equestrian (please write your address and bankers card number on the reverse)
By prior arrangement we will accept payment by bank transfer, please contact us for details.
Returns
Refunds or exchanges will be made to any item returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging (at the customers own expense) within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods that are returned due to customer ordering error or change of mind, will be refunded in full (including P+P), if we are notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In this instance goods should be returned unused, at the customers own expense, with their original packaging and paperwork.
Goods returned outside of this period may incur a restocking fee of 5% of the original order value, excluding postage but including VAT.
Goods that are manufactured specifically to customer requirements are non refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges will be sent at the postal rate requested. High value goods returned for replacement or service, such as Heart Rate Monitors, g.p.s etc should be returned using either Registered Post or Special Delivery (this service includes loss insurance)
VAT
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20% which will be charged on all orders delivered to UK and European addresses.
All invoices show the VAT element of the purchase.
